We have a dedicated team of staff working on audits but our main people are our two Responsible Individuals – RIs ( the people who are authorised to sign off reports)
Jonathan Russell
A Chartered accountant with almost 40 years’ experience working as a principal in chartered accountancy practices and has been an RI since its introduction in 1991. Jonathan is the majority shareholder in Just Audit & Assurance Ltd.
Martin Wright
A chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in the accountancy profession and following a move back into practice also as an RI, Martin brings a fusion of technological savvy and professional understanding to the engagement.
